In 1987 Yuji Horiguchi joined Recruit Co., Ltd. After working on accounting, finance, corporate planning, legal, and new business development, he became editor of 7 magazines in charge of media production manager for one of the main businesses of Recruit.
In 2005, he joined IMJ as a corporate officer. Since 2008, he had been CFO at IMJ, working as a forefront manager on numerous projects such as acquisitions, mergers, business transfers, capital policy, companies and divestiture, tax planning strategies, financing plans, labor issues, stock option design, and MBO. As an outside director, he contributes to the business development of numerous companies.
In 2012 he founded IMJ Investment Partners, an investment branch of the IMJ group, and as representative director, he worked on the launch of incubation programs in Japan and began investment activities in Japan and Silicon Valley. Furthermore, in order to expand investment opportunities in the Southeast Asian market and achieve a more global status of the company, he established a new company in Singapore in February 2013, working on investment tasks while residing in Singapore.
Koichi Saito is Director at IMJ Investment Partners, headquartered in Singapore. He sources, evaluates, and executes early-stage investment deals focusing entirely on Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining IMJ Investment Partners, he worked at private equity fund set up by George Soros from 2007 to 2012, and was engaged in several company and hotel acquisitions in Japan. Prior to that, Koichi served as an arranger of the securitization of mortgages at investment banking division of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities. He also worked at Orix Corporation where he was responsible for providing loan to small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan.
Koichi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from IE business school in Spain.
Yasuhiro Seo majored in journalism at San Francisco State University and worked as a video journalist mainly in California. In 2007 he joined IMJ. He worked on domestic top makers' projects such as branding design, production direction, and UX design in a comprehensive manner.
At IMJ Investment Partners, he works on the development of start-ups in the whole Southeast Asian region and strategic support to portfolio companies.
Raditya Pramana is majoring in Information Systems in Binus International University, Jakarta. In 2012-2013 he was the President of Student Committee on Binus International. He was responsible for all student-related activities, organizational development and became a bridge of communication between student leaders and university management.
Joined IMJ Investment Partners in 2014 as an Associate in Jakarta, Indonesia.
In 2007 Hiroshi Oka joined IMJ and was named the best rookie of the year that year. As a salesperson and producer, he worked on many integration cases such as the website renewal of a school corporation and launching an e-commerce site for an import apparel company, and the brand website renewal of a women's magazine.
Since 2010, he has been in charge of sales and marketing of affiliate platform VERSiON-M. In 2011, he experienced the new business development of smartphone app "Shoppi!"
In 2012, he joined IMJ Investment Partners since its launch, and currently work on investment business as a Japanese branch manager and an incubation manager.
In 2009 Kei Miyamoto joined IMJ. Since then, he has worked on mobile production direction and the UI design of smartphone apps.
Since 2012, he has worked on investment business, in charge of discovering investment opportunities in Japan and administrative tasks.
